Ways to make a Gift
A gift through your Will:
By naming Omega as a beneficiary in your will, it is an easy and convenient way to help sustain Omega's work on behalf of future generations. You can give a specific dollar amount, a particular property, a percentage of your estate, or the residue of your estate after providing for your heirs. Your gift may reduce your estate taxes.
A life income gift:
The gift that gives back. You may transfer assets to Omega now, establishing a guaranteed income stream during your lifetime and also during that of someone you designate, such as a partner or spouse. You will find that the rate of return favorably compares with many other investments and that tax advantages may apply.
Life Insurance:
Do you have a policy that has outlived its original purpose? With Omega as the beneficiary, the proceeds will help sustain Omega's work in the future and may offer you immediate tax advantages.
Retirement Plan:
When no longer needed, your IRA or other assets can be transferred to various types of charitable remainder trusts. The trust will provide life income to a beneficiary, and ultimately provide a gift to Omega. This type of gift can offer an immediate income tax deduction as well as deferred income at retirement.
If this type of gift is something you are considering, please contact us and we can help you get the information you need to set up your gift. All information you provide will be held in strict confidence.
